You probably would have never guessed that my top & skirt are from Forever 21 and together only cost about $36. As you know some of my favorite looks are pulling together inexpensive pieces {like my top & skirt} and mixing them with some designer items {like my shoes} to make them look fabulous & chic without breaking the bank completely. This outfit is a prime example and it is perfect for Spring. I always like to splurge on accessories before anything else because I know I am going to get the most cost per wear for them.
