This bell sleeve dress is so easy to wear. It can be dressed up or down and I think it would be perfect for a cocktail party or summer wedding! The bell sleeves would make for a fun dancing “prop.” I paired them with light blue, chunky-heeled sandals that I can’t stop wearing lately.
