Happy Monday!
I am so sorry for the lack of posts in the last week, we’ve been dealing with major internet/computer problems #TheWorst. I hope everyone had a fab weekend. My husband & I spent it relaxing with family. On Friday night, we checked out his sister’s family’s new house for dinner. Then Saturday after a run on the beach & dip in the ocean (amazing way to start the day), I went to Nick & Johnnie’s for my sister’s surprise baby sprinkle thrown by her mother-in-law. My sister has 3 boys & is about to have a little girl, so we wanted to sprinkle her with some love & lots of pink clothes, of course. After lunch, we drove up to our family ranch for some serious family, chill time, if you follow along on snapchat you may have seen the fun. It was so nice to spend the weekend relaxing with loved ones after so much traveling lately.
I shot this look at our ranch & as I mentioned the last time I wore mustard < here > it is a big color for Fall. It is still so hot in Florida, so I’ve been wearing “Fall colors” in summer styles. At first, I wasn’t sure about the mustard trend, but I am really liking it, especially with a tan. Once it cools down I think this mustard vest would look fab over skinny jeans or flares & a long-sleeve tee. For now, I paired it with jean cut-offs, a tank, & ankle booties for a Floridian Fall look. I had been searching for a pair of high-waisted denim cut-offs & wasn’t wild of any of the ones I found. I decided to buy a pair of men’s Levis & cut them myself. This was definitely the cheapest option I found too.
