It is no surprise I am a little obsessed with the off-the-shoulder trend right now, I think it is so feminine and chic. The dress’s price tag can’t be beat at under $25 it makes it a fab summer dress. I may get the dress hemmed because I think it is a little long on me but in the meantime I thought it looked adorable belted and super short.
