Hi from Bar Harbor, Maine!
I am up here with my parents while my husband is out of town for work. My grandmother grew up coming to Maine with her family every summer. It is bittersweet but my grandmother’s house is now selling to another large family, so we came to pack it up and enjoy the property & Bar Harbor before the sale is final. We have been having such a blast hiking, biking, eating, drinking wine, & laughing our way through “the end of the era.”
I am also loving this cool weather! It isn’t as cold as it usually it when we are up here but anything is a welcome change compared to the ridiculous heat back home in Florida. I was so excited to come up here, that I took it as an excuse to get a new pair of ankle booties for this upcoming Fall. I love these Dolce Vita booties because they are comfortable, easy to slip on and off, under $150 & available in a variety of colors! I may get the red for a fun pop of color! I also wear this army jacket quite a bit because it is lightweight & a great layering piece. I love to wear it with shorts, jeans, or even over workout clothes running errands back home.
