I have been dying to wear my over-the-knee boots that I got last year. Unfortunately, Florida weather just isn’t cooperating with me, and it still pretty hot. It’s been a little cooler the last week or so, but definitely not over-the-knee boot weather. I decided to pair my boots with shorts and this cute tassel sweater just so I could finally wear them! This same look would look great with skinny jeans tucked inside the boot for colder temps. The sweater is also available in cream, it is so comfy and fun. I love the red for the upcoming holidays, & I will definitely be dressing it up. I think it would look fab over an LBD for a holiday cocktail party.
Back to the boots…
I am so happy that over-the-knee boots are still on trend this season because I am not ready to forget about this style. I pulled together my current favorites from a few different sites below! For over-the-knee boots, I typically like flat ones, however, I’m loving the low chunky, block heels currently on the market. I tend to stay away from the stiletto heel because worn with tight dresses or shorts, you risk looking a bit risqué.
