Happy Monday friends!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! My husband, Cachi, got back into town Friday night just in time for taco night at home. Then Saturday we spent the day with family & friends at the beach and in the sun. It was so nice to just be home. This summer has turned out to be a lot of traveling (even though at the beginning of summer we didn’t have much planned). I always enjoy traveling and exploring new (and old) places, however, being home recharges me and makes me appreciate it more.
About these striped ruffles…
When I was first styling this top for a photoshoot, I was pairing it with white jeans, heels,& a clutch. However, upon review, I thought that was kind of an obvious outfit. Not that there is anything wrong with an obvious pairing (this top looks super cute with white jeans) I wanted to switch it up. Therefore, I took the striped ruffle off the shoulder top & decided to dress it down. I paired it with my go-to denim shorts & fun pointy mules for a laid back summer look.
