Hi friends!
I love going to workout classes (especially reformer pilates) and I am definitely missing them during this time. Even though I can’t go anywhere to workout, it doesn’t mean I am not moving my body and getting it done. Working out has always helped me cope with anxiety and keep me a bit calmer. During this quarantine, I have probably been working out more than usual because I have a little more time on my hands and more anxious energy… There are also so many streaming options out there, it’s been fun to try different/new ones.
Today, I wanted to share a list of at home workout options. As well as, some of my recent workout looks that have been getting a lot of love on my Instagram stories.

At Home Workouts
Streaming Workouts
+ The Sculpt Society by Megan Roup – Celebrity trainer, Megan Roup, teaches dance cardio and sculpting classes that are fun. There is a 14 day free trial on her app and a mix of 15 to 50 minute workouts. Don’t like dancing? Try her sculpt workouts. Don’t know where to start? Try her 4 week beginner or intermediate programs.
+ Melissa Wood Health – Melissa Wood believes in sculpting lean, long lines by using low-impact movements. She offers a 7 day free trial on her app/website and also offers a suggested weekly workout schedule. She also has guided meditations as well, which is a great way to deal with extra anxious energy during these uncertain times.
+ Obé Fitness – Currently offering one month free instead of the usual 7-day for the quarantine! They have a huge inventory of cardio, strength, and stretch classes. From barre to cardio boxing to yoga sculpt, you can definitely find a class for you on this site. They also recommend a schedule here.
+ Tone It Up – Another fab workout/nutrition app offering a 7-day free trail and a ton of on demand classes. The classes range anywhere from 10-40 minute workouts you can do anywhere.
+ FREE WORKOUTS – Don’t forget about my favorite Tracy Anderson 8-Minute arms workout. I love this arm workout after a walk/run or whenever I want a quick toning session. Other free youtube videos I love include this 10-min full body/ab flow & this 8-min express booty series both by Melissa Wood.
+ When in doubt, go outside & move – Run, walk, jump rope, jumping jakes, sprints, dance and jump around. Just move.
Instagram Workouts
All of the accounts above have great instagrams and some even offer Instagram workouts. However, I wanted to share a few other favorite follows on Instagram, who are sharing live workouts and or healthy tips.
+ @TamaraSoulesPilates – Tamara is one of my favorite local pilates instructors, as well as a friend. She has a great workout instagram and during this time she is offering zoom classes, instagram lives, and IGTV posts.
+ @Sweatsandthecity – I’ve been following this cute duo for a few years and love their healthy tips and workouts. They share their own list of streaming workouts here.
+ @TheYogaSocietyPB – My favorite local yoga studio offering live yoga classes twice daily!
+ @LaurenGores – She is co-founder of beauty brand, Summer Fridays, and workout and health conscious. She has a great mix of workouts on her instagram already and is also doing instagram lives.
